Outpatient Services

Outpatient services are an option for children that no longer require intense inpatient rehabilitation but are still in need of ongoing rehabilitation to meet their long-term recovery goals.

The HealthBridge Point-of-Difference

At HealthBridge, we provide a wide range of pediatric outpatient rehabilitative care to children of all ages. Our outpatient programs are provided on the same campus as our other services in a safe and structured environment and include: observation, rehabilitation, social skills development, and parent training/education. Like other programs at HealthBridge, the individualized therapy plan will be designed to help children reach their optimal functional abilities and thrive in their home and community environment. Our team members provide evidence-based care and partner with children and their families to achieve realistic, attainable goals in a nurturing environment.

HealthBridge Children’s individualized programs address the rehabilitation and/or habilitation needs of our patients in a child-friendly environment. Our compassionate and highly experienced staff utilize specialized rehab equipment and everyday motivational tools when treating our patients in clinic. We understand the importance of family involvement and each family receives a home program for practice between visits to reinforce and ensure carry-over of gains outside the therapeutic environment.

Our team of physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists, and pediatric physiatrists focus on:

  • Physical development
  • Sensory integration skills
  • Gross/fine motor development
  • Speech and language
  • Feeding/swallowing
  • Cognition

Pediatric outpatient services play a vital role in your child’s recovery journey. At HealthBridge, it’s our goal to help each patient we serve achieve the highest level of independence possible in a caring, compassionate, and nurturing environment.
