Rita Pathmanaban

Rita is Executive Vice President of Clinical Operations for HealthBridge. Rita brings 30+ years of nursing and management experience in subacute and post-acute care and rehabilitation of the slower-to-progress patient.

Prior to HealthBridge,o Rita was with CareMeridian, a leading provider of residential subacute services, where she served in multiple roles, including Vice President of Clinical Programs and Quality Improvement and Administrator/Director of Nursing. Responsible for managing clinical operations and patient care, she also ensured compliance with state regulations and Joint Commission accreditation. She was awarded with the Ripple of Hope Award in recognition of her outstanding contributions that resulted in a positive impact in the lives of others.

Before that, Rita was with Western Neuro Care Center, an industry leader in specialty brain injury services. While there, she served as Program Manager for the Ventilator unit, Assistant Director and Director of Nurses.

Rita currently serves on The Joint Commission’s Nursing Care Center Accreditation Advisory Council. She has been an active member of the Rehabilitation Nurses Society for 20+ years, serving on its board for six years in the capacity of Vice President and Secretary.

Rita graduated from nursing school in Hertfordshire, England and continued her postgraduate education in Intensive Care Nursing in Harrow, UK. She is a Registered Nurse and Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse.
