Miriam Boulger

Miriam Boulger currently serves as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources for HealthBridge. In this role, she leads the financial, treasury, accounting and human resources functions of the organization. She brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare finance and accounting, as well as over a decade of targeted human resource and risk management expertise.

Prior to HealthBridge, Miriam served as the Director of Finance/HR for the Southern California-based Council on Aging (COA), a non-profit organization that promotes the independence, health and dignity of older adults through education and advocacy. In that capacity, Miriam was responsible for all internal accounting functions, audit and tax preparation, and vendor management. She was also responsible for organization-wide HR and risk management activities.

Prior to her tenure at the COA, Miriam served as Controller and HR/Risk Management Manager at CareMeridian, a leading provider of personalized care and progressive health management to the catastrophically ill and injured population.

Miriam received her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton, and is certified in Human Resources.
