Jessica Black

VP of Business Operations

Jessica Black is the Vice President of Business Operations for HealthBridge. In this role, she is responsible for cross-functional management throughout the organization, including facility operations, clinical operations, business development and finance. She collaborates with other executives to identify new business opportunities and drive initiatives that promote long-term business sustainability and scalability across the enterprise.

Prior to HealthBridge, Jessica was the Director of Operations for Banfield Pet Hospital where she provided operational oversight of the company’s 10 Orange County, Ca., veterinary hospitals. Before that, Jessica spent seven years at CareMeridian, a post-acute healthcare provider with over 40 facilities across four states, where she held multiple positions, including Business Data Analyst and Director of Operations Support. During her career, Jessica was also the Director of Member Services for the Adaptive Business Leaders Organization (ABL), a membership organization for senior executives of healthcare and technology companies.

Jessica has been active with numerous non-profit organizations, including the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the Glendon Association and Relay for Life.

Jessica earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology and History from the University of California Santa Barbara (UCSB) and her master’s degree in Business Administration from California State University Fullerton.
